Designed the multi-agent architecture: a DM (story director) that plans narratives and manages a shadow world, a TV sidecar for autonomous lorebook management, and a narrator engine with tool-calling loops. Built the inference router supporting 25+ providers with E2E-encrypted BYOK, the immersion engine (27 reactive game state trackers driven by AI directives), and the Compendium typed knowledge system.
